Who else?
COMELEC's 2nd division has started replacing those governors who's against Gloria Arroyo. The latest victim is Pampanga governor Ed Panlilio a few days after Governor Mendoza of Bulacan was unseated by another Arroyo ally. Allegedly these guys did not win 3 years ago. What kind of country do we have?
